Thursday Movement

Moving your body is as important as drinking water, praying and breathing. It is the life force. It promotes Energy changes from static to kinetic. I practice yoga, and just recently, I began practicing Kemetic yoga. This is the ancient Egyptian influenced yoga, with poses of the hieroglyphics. I will using this space to link you to videos of me doing small movements first, and then linking those movements to longer flow sessions. It is not important that YOU do yoga, but it is important you move for at least 30 mins a day. Your heart and spirit need it.
